We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms mentioned below.
- Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- The request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Products that are used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for refunds. Custom-made or discounted products may be non-refundable.
- Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with:
– Order ID
– Reason for return
– Product images (if required)
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
- Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Processing time: 7–15 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery along with images. We will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order if needed.
